Lip Tar by OCC, It Stays Put

I am a lip gloss girl. I haven’t made the switch to lipstick yet. The marketing has not sold me for some reason. This new “lip tar” may be the new solution. Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics (OCC) creates cosmetics that are vegan, cruelty-free, and free of parabens. I’m listening. Lip Tar, their new “lip gloss,” is a super-saturated gloss, highly-pigmented, and will last for hours. SOLD.

OCC cautions you while applying Lip Tar because a little goes a long way. It can be applied with your index finger or better yet their angled precision lip brush. The reporter from Boston Magazine experienced overall positive results, but one thing I did note was the finish. Lip Tar is a bit more matte than glossy.
