Top Baby Names of 2011

Each year there are certain names that dominate the baby world. This year we had many male and female actress influenced names. If I was a boy, I’m not sure I would want my name related to a Kardashian “character,” but many boys named Mason will at least understand where their name originated from. What did you name your baby this year? What are you planning on naming your baby in 2012?

2. Emma, inspired by actress Emma Watson who starred as ‘Hermione’ in the “Harry Potter” movies.
3. Isabella, inspired by actress Kristin Stewart who plays the character ‘Isabella’ in “Twilight” movies.
4. Olivia, inspired by actress Olivia Wilde who plays ‘Dr. Remy ‘Thirteen’ Hadley / Thirteen / Dr. ‘Thirteen’ Hadley’ in House TV series as well as other recent movies such as “Tron” and “In Time.”
5. Ava, inspired by past actress Ava Gardner.
6. Lily, inspired by actress Lily Tomlin who played ‘Deborah Fiderer’ in “The West Wing”, ‘Roberta Simonds’ in “Desperate Housewives”, and ‘Vivian’ in “I Heart Huckabees.”
